Initial Telehealth Evaluation 90 min

Service Description

Physical therapy evaluation through video conference. During this time I will learn about your condition, your previous level of function, and how your condition is affecting your life. We will assess your posture, movement and breathing patterns, range of motion and triggers of your discomfort and more to create personalized treatment plan for you. You will also get initial suggestions how to self-manage your condition. *If you carry Medicare part B insurance, you will not be able to schedule this appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation, rescheduling or no show to an appointment in less than 24 hours in advance, will result in late cancellation/no show fee of $50.00. Advanced notice allows someone else ( who needs it) to schedule an appointment in your place. Please be responsible and courteous. Thank you.
